If you have a craving for some delicious bread but can't have any yeast, have no fear. There are plenty of yeast free bread options available to you. If you don't have the time to prepare bread all day, you're not alone. Fortunately there are many recipes that contain no yeast that you cane make in no time. Here is a simple yeast free bread recipe that you can make in less than 45 minutes: 1 cup cornmeal 1 egg 1 teaspoon baking powder Salt 1 tablespoon shortening

First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix cornmeal, salt and shortening in a bowl and a small amount of boiling water and keep adding it until it creates a paste. Add egg and baking powder and continue mixing. Place entire mixture in a in a greased pan and bake for 20 minutes. Allow the bread to cool and serve.
